All the Kobolds

All the Kobolds is a collection of 30 bizarre and bespoke kobolds based on prompts from Pesto's Guide to Testing backers.

They include...

• Trap Bearer Kobold. A kobold covered in untriggered bear traps that have been additionally weaponized.
• Hapless Space Explorer Kobold. A kobold inspired by Kobold Space Program.
• Owlbear Rider Kobold. A beastheart protector kobold with an owlbear companion.
• Non-Trademarked Puppet Northern Cook Kobold. A Swedish Chef Muppet kobold.
• The Great Koboldini. A street magician/conman-themed kobold magic user.

About the Kobolds

These aren’t your standard kobolds — many are a bit silly and have abilities that you wouldn’t find in an official rules book — but they are designed to be used, and have been tested for balance. Each has a CR between 1 and 6 and a role (Artillery, Skirmisher, Support, etc.) that tells you at a glance how they're designed to operate in combat. The roles are the same ones used by Flee, Mortals!

Speaking of Flee, Mortals!, I designed the kobolds in that book as well. These kobolds and those are compatible, in that they're all kobolds for 5e of roughly the same CR range, but these kobolds don't have the Shield? Shield! trait and they aren't tiny Romans (except for the ones that are).
