A ghostly bird stalks a fishing village, killing its inhabitants. Solve its mystery and end the threat before it kills again!

The Blight of Brineborough is a quest optimized for 2nd-level characters. It features a terrifying monster, two new magic items, and a sea shanty.

A fishing village is plagued by a pfeilstorch specter, the ghost of a migratory seabird. A hunter shot the bird, but it escaped with the arrow lodged in its neck. It perished in Brineborough and its agony spawned a vengeful spirit that views all humanoids as the hunter that doomed it. It falls to the characters to end the threat.
